This is me.

Howdy.  People call me Jace.  I work with individuals and small businesses in northwest Vermont where my family has lived for 4 generations.

I have over 20 years experience in the technology support field and specialize in end-user support and computer repair.

I work out of my home-office in Colchester and on-site in Chittenden County.  I have a travel fee outside the county and offer remote support, when possible.

This is what I charge for my services.

Rates

I do not work for free.

I provide cleanup, training, upgrades & service on both Windows and Mac computers In your home or office.

My pre-scheduled hourly rates are $90 and I negotiate project prices for jobs expected to take longer than 3 hours.

My non-scheduled Emergency Service rates go up to $125 per hour.

Some issues can be resolved remotely, over the phone and the internet.  I’ll guide you through allowing me access to your computer and you’ll be fully aware of everything I’m doing as I do it.

We’ll discuss your needs and how/if I can help you.   I’ll give you honest answers to your questions and won’t sell you things you don’t need.  I’ll also leave you with tools to proactively maintain your system reducing the need for tech visits.
