I’m Jace. I love technology and helping others. I put the two together to offer technology services to individuals and small businesses in northwest Vermont where my family has lived for 4 generations.
I have over 20 years experience in the technology suppport field and specialize in end-user support and computer repair.
I work out of my home in Colchester and on-site in Chittenden County. I have a travel fee outside the county and for many situations, I offer remote support.

I provide cleanup, training, and upgrades on both Windows and Mac computers In your home or office.
My pre-scheduled hourly rates are $90 and I negotiate project prices for issues that take longer than 3 hours.
Emergency rates are $135 per hour.
Some issues can be resolved remotely, over the phone and the internet. I’ll guide you through allowing me access to your computer to help fix issues, update software, or train you on using your computer.
We’ll discuss your needs and how/if I can help you. I’ll give you honest answers to your questions and won’t sell you things you don’t need.
Unlike with big box stores where you’ll pay more, I come into your home and explain what I am doing. I also leave you with tools to proactively maintain your system reducing the need for tech visits.
